Coming Soon: Two inch wide Parabolic Mono Springs to fit most Australian 1966-1980 Falcons and 1969-1974 Capris. Developed and tested in Australia. Manufactured in USA by Calvert Racing, Inc.

Advantages of 2" mono springs on Australian Vehicles:

  • Less unsprung weight
  • More tire to spring clearance when running with wider rims/tire
  • Shorter rear end housing combination without having to relocate factory pick up points
  • Center locator pin positioned to allow fitment on larger diameter tires while maintaining guard to tire clearance.

CALTRACS, patented design

Patented Traction Bar system with designs for axle above or below springs.  Bolt on kits, hooks your vehicle, especially on hard acceleration, even in the dirt! Designed by Race legend John Calvert. Bolt On traction system. Full pre-load adjustability, keeps axle from rotating/maintains pinion angle, improves 60′ times. Black powder coated for durability. 

All kits include parts for both sides of the vehicle: two Pivot Plate Assemblies, two Force Transfer Links, a total of four Heim Joints/Rod Ends, two Rear Mounts, total of two Spring Bushing kits (pre-installed in Assembly). Made in USA. Starting at $395 US (full kit)

CALVERT SPLIT MONO SPRINGS

Tested on the fastest stock suspension cars in the world, Calvert’s Split Mono Leafsprings are designed to control and reduce excessive body separation in rear suspension and plants the rear tires without unloading.  Unique parabolic (thickness tapered heavy in the middle of the total length of spring) design distributes the main spring pressure point through the length of the back half, reducing spring breakage.

All of Calvert Racing’s 2.5″ wide Split Mono Leafsprings are assembled with grade 8 hardware and heavy-duty alignment clamps. Aluminum bushings are pressed into the front spring eyes and polyurethane bushings in the rear spring eyes. These springs have been proven to withstand over 2,500 HP at ¼ mile ETs in the 6s. NOTE: Calvert Split Mono Leafsprings are designed to work with CalTracs to maintain arch. While street driving does not put undue stress on the springs, racing with Calvert springs without a traction device installed may result in bent or de-arched springs. 

These springs are designed for DRAG RACING and have a higher spring rate / stiffer ride than stock springs. These performance-quality springs are  dipped in black paint before assembly, but some raw steel may show due to deburring/grinding sharp edges and are not “show quality.”

CALVERT MONO SPRINGS

Unique parabolic design (thickness tapered heavy in the middle) distributes the main spring pressure point through the entire length of the spring, reducing spring breakage. Springs are arch verified and available in various ride heights, Calvert’s alternative for aftermarket spring is designed  for the 1955-1957 Chevrolet BelAir.  Springs are 2″ wide and are substantially lighter than multi leafspring packs. When you order directly from Calvert Racing, we will also send you CalTracs solid metal bushings. Made in USA. Starting at $520 US (pair)

CR SERIES REAR 9-WAY ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS

Calvert’s CR Series 9-Way Adjustable twin tube design has what you need for all around best performance and maximum consistency. The dampeners allow you to control rear body separation through an external dial to keep the tires planted. Starting at $295 US (pair)

Constructed of steel with heavy duty 5/8 shaft ensures durability in the most stressful conditions, the 9-Way Adjustable dial is located outside the body for easy access to adjust rebound and to control rear body separation. Dyno tested for quality and consistency. Great for street/strip use.
