This kit requires and INCLUDES a set of square u-bolts.
SQUARE U-BOLTS (spring OVER axle): Calvert Racing’s square u-bolts are 9/16″ ” diameter. We recommend torqueing truck/square u-bolts to 90-100 foot lbs. After running the vehicle down the track a few times, we also recommending checking the u-bolts and readjusting if necessary. Please see FAQ page or CalTracs Installation Guide for more info.

Our new MX rear mount and MX pivot plate designs keep the overall CalTracs assembly set-up above the tire rim line on 15” wheels for track competition compliance and safety, just 1/2” longer than our Standard Drag Profile CalTracs.
