3.25″ axle diameter x 9″ long, axle ABOVE springs
Round U-bolts, zinc plated Grade 5 material, 1/2″ diameter, kits include 4 U-bolts, with nuts and washers.
NOTE: While you can use your vehicle’s stock ubolts with CalTracs, Calvert Racing’s 1/2″ diameter u-bolts is an upgrade as most stock applications come withย 7/16″ diameter u-bolts. We recommend torqueing the u-bolts to 65-70 foot lbs. After running the vehicle down the track a few times, we also recommending checking the u-bolts and readjusting if necessary. Designed for STREET TRUCKS. mostly street driving. Berlin style plates for center spring eye. Made with 5/16″ Mild Steel, black powder coated for added durability. 3.5″ long, measured from center of spring eye to bottom of plate; approximately 1.5″ more ground clearance for street driving than drag race profile plates.

SET OF FOUR LOW PROFILE PLATES (two for each side)
LOW PROFILE STANDARD PLATES for CalTracs. Low profile is used primarily for street driving and allows an extra 1.5″ ground clearance compared with drag profile plates. 3.5″ long, measured from center of spring eye to bottom of plate.; allows an extra 1.5″ ground clearance than racing profile plates.

SET OF TWO
1.25″ diameter x 29.5″ force transfer links. Measure end to end. Can be lengthened 3/4″ each end by turning once installed.
Made with 4130 Chromoly, the CalTracs preload link is light weight but strong, ensuring maximum leverage and minimum flex. Gloss black powder coated for added durability.

Square U-bolts, Grade 5 material, zinc plated, 5/16″ diameter. Set includes 4 U-bolts, plates, nuts and washers.
We recommend torqueing truck/square u-bolts to 90-100 foot lbs. After running the vehicle down the track a few times, we also recommending checking the u-bolts and readjusting if necessary. Please see FEQ page or CalTracs Installation Guide for more info.
