NOTE: While you can use your vehicle’s stock ubolts with CalTracs, Calvert Racing’s 1/2″ diameter u-bolts is an upgrade as most stock applications come with 7/16″ diameter u-bolts. We recommend torqueing the u-bolts to 65-70 foot lbs. After running the vehicle down the track a few times, we also recommending checking the u-bolts and readjusting if necessary. Pinion shims to help correct pinion angle under spring perches. Made of Billet aluminum.

1.25″ diameter x 29″ force transfer links. Measure end to end. Can be lengthened 3/4″ each end by turning once installed.

BALLAST BOX (BB1000)
Portable Ballast Box allows you to add up to 100 pounds of extra weight where you need it in your race vehicle.
Calvert Racing ballast weight boxes are made from 11 gauge steel and are TIG welded at the seams. These boxes will hold 100+ lbs. of shot/ballast under its lid, held in place by (4) grade 8 locking flanges. 10″ x 8.5″ x 10″ outside dimensions. Boxes are shipped raw and ready for you to add coating of your choice.
