SPRING SHACKLES/set (SH-300x562B)
Calvert Racing Shackle and Bushing set for B and E-Body Mopar Chrysler products.
This kit includes 1 pair of shackles and a total of 8 polyurethane bushings, 4 for the rear of the spring and 4 for the upper frame above the shackle. These shackles feature a 9/16″ shouldered bolt that necks down to a 3/8″ thread, with the required nuts included. 3-1/2″ center to center.

NOTE: While you can use your vehicle’s stock ubolts with CalTracs, Calvert Racing’s 1/2″ diameter u-bolts is an upgrade as most stock applications come with 7/16″ diameter u-bolts. We recommend torqueing the u-bolts to 65-70 foot lbs. After running the vehicle down the track a few times, we also recommending checking the u-bolts and readjusting if necessary. WELDING ONTO AXLE: Pinion angle recommendation is -2 to -4 degrees when used with CalTracs. NOTE: This is the angle of the pinion in relation to the angle of the output shaft of the transmission, NOT the driveshaft. Add the angle of the pinion yoke to the angle of the output shaft with the vehicle sitting at rest with weight on the tires.
